Hi everyone hope you all had an amazing christmas and new year. I became a grandma last year so spent this Christmas with my granddaughter having three boys so she is such a blessing . will be up and running this year we will be running belly dance classes in the ulladulla area we we also be running dance and art therapy workshops we will travel for workshops and also support workers support domestic violence mental health and disability looking so forward the new year and thr amazing possibility and and finding my spark again along with you guys also seeing everyone soar to to the beautiful joyful selfs as we take these journeys together
