Mind The Walk. A Guided Historical Walk for Mental Health A mental health awareness walk. Join us as we explore, listen, learn and share friendship on a historical walking tour, all to raise support for MENTAL HEALTH.

An initiative of Rotary Clubs of Rockingham with support from Palm Beach Rotary & Baldivis Join us for the 4th Annual MIND THE WALK

This is more than just a walk—it's a full experience of fun, history, and community activities!

• Date: Sunday, 3rd November 2024

• Start Time: First walk at 8 am; subsequent groups leave every 30 minutes until the last walk at 10 am.

• Theme: History of Rockingha

m - come dressed in theme or wear team colors!

• Activities: Guided walks with local history insights, games, petting animals, scavenger hunt, stalls, yoga class, bootcamp, and more.

• Food and Drink: Breakfast BBQ, drinks, and coffee for sale.

This year’s walk will support South Coast Health & Community Services, helping people facing homelessness, family hardship, and domestic violence.

Thumbs up to everyone who attended Mind the Walk and contributed to this great event! Your contribution has raised much needed funds for South Coastal Health and Community Services to continue their valuable mental health services. It is with great pride and gratitude to all involved that we announce that with the funds raised from the event and a generous contribution from the Rotary Club of Rockingham that we will be presenting South Coastal Health and Community Services with $5,000.
What a great effort for all involved!
