Our journey in the health industry started many moons ago, this is another step in our journey to support our beautiful community to Smile, Shine and Excel each and every day, to the best of your ability. Before we opened the shop in 2018, Michelle had over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry where she ran group outdoor training groups, one on one training, strength and conditioning coaching sports team, volunteering her time to support the local community where she could. Darrell and Michelle moved to this tropical paradise early 2017. Once we moved here, we noticed that there was a gap in the northern beaches, the gap was a place where you could go to ask any question without judgement, where you felt safe and comfortable, where you could buy trustworthy products with no numbers that didn't cost the earth as well as support the local community businesses. After a yuck 18 months for Michelle, she put pen to paper of what was needed, and with the support of Darrell we made it happen. We are so fortunate to have our doors open each and every day, we wouldn't be able to do what we do everyday if wasn't for our community, especially with the environment we have all experienced during 2019. Not very often can we say "I love coming to work" I am super fortunate to say this pretty much each and every day, and that I am thankful. This has been my motto for many years, I absolutely love supporting, guiding and educating everyday humans to Smile-Shine-Excel from the inside out, as when we are sitting in peace within ourselves, our gut is trucking along with love and care, we can then shine and excel and achieve so much more each and everyday, and to see this unfold within members of our community -This is my WHY.
