Hello everyone! 👋

Sorry we have been so quiet the last few months. 🤫
We have had a bit happening as well as the boat needing maintenance. 👨‍🔧

We did plan on going out tonight to get some fresh prawns however, when we did our checks we noticed water in the oil. 💧

Unfortunately we will be out of action for a bit longer while we get this sorted. 😢

As they say, boat stands for “Bring out another thousand” 💸💸

We understand that you are all after fresh prawns this Easter. You can still head down to Sinbad street at Shorncliffe and grab some fresh prawns off the other trawlers down there. 🦐 🦐

The boys have headed out for a day catch today and will be trawling all through the night. 🌊

As we have managed to only get one night in this week we are limited on prawns however please reach out if you’d like some fresh green prawns, and limited squid 🦑 🦐

We will be open Friday from 7am.🕖

And just a quick reminder, we have moved jetty’s however you can’t miss the truck with the bright orange signs. Just one jetty up to the left from where we use to be. ⬅️

What’s happening with the Del Maree lately? 👀

⚓️ Well first up we will be closed this week due to captian josh getting the man flu and me having to take him to hospital. So we haven’t been able to make it out this week unfortunately. 🤢 🏥

⚓️ Secondly we have had to moved locations. 😢
Don’t worry it’s not far and you won’t miss our orange signs as we have just move one jetty over. 🥳

We do apologise that we cannot supply you some fresh prawns this week but without captian Joshy at full health the boat does not run. 🦐

Captain Joshy here! We managed to sneak out for a night this week and catch some beautiful prawns here in our own back yard of Moreton bay 🏝️

🦐Large @ $35kg

🦞 Bugs @ $35kg (normally $40kg)

⚓Captain Joshy and Captain Azza are heading out tonight, on the hunt for your fresh prawns!

⚓ Del Maree will be docking at the jetty early Tuesday morning with the freshest seafood available, caught in our own back yard of Moreton bay

⚓ We will open sales at 6am Tuesday morning 31st and close at 10:30am.

⚓We won't be taking orders until tomorrow afternoon once we have done a nights trawl. That way your seafood is definitely caught and your order is guaranteed. So watch out for an update post tomorrow 👀

🙏Please understand our crew and all other trawlers are working around the clock behind the scenes trying to catch as much fresh prawns for you all. 🙏

🌪️Tonight’s weather is forecasted at 20knots however Capitan Josh and Captain Az are going to try and sneak out a bit later tonight to catch more. 👨🏽‍✈️👨🏻‍✈️

🌅We understand that people will be lining up early tomorrow so they do not miss out… so we have teamed up with lady K to provide you with some free sauce taste testing.

🫙Perfect size jars to take to a Christmas party with your freshly caught prawns! 🍤

Our prices vary depending on the size of prawn you want. We prefer Cash tomorrow however if you must use card we have EFT as well. 💰🏧

We are all trying our best to keep up with the supply for Christmas so please be kind, we can only supply what the nets bring up. 🦐 🦐

The weather is too unpredictable over the coming days we do not want to disappoint anyone. 🌪️🌊💔
