🔥F**k the calories 👌
I remember the day it really hit me.
I was standing in the kitchen thinking about dinner and the first thing I did was open MyFitnessPal to see how many sad little calories I had left.
Not what I felt like eating. Not what would actually fill me up. Just what I was “allowed”.
And I remember thinking… this is fu**ed. This can’t be the way.
Because if I stayed on track, I felt proud.
If I didn’t, I felt like I’d failed.
One untracked meal and suddenly the whole day was ruined.
One busy day and I was already telling myself I’d start again Monday.
That wasn’t a food problem — that was a mindset problem.
Real life doesn’t follow a set plan.
Kids get sick.
Work runs late.
You’re tired.
You don’t feel like cooking.
And none of that means you’ve failed — but dieting makes you think it does.
So I stopped.
I stopped tracking.
I stopped trying to be perfect.
And I built a default way of eating — something I can fall back on without spiralling, without calorie maths, and without starting over every week.
That’s what finally made things stick.
I help women stop dieting and overthinking food so you can eat without feeling like you’ve blown it every time life happens.
