Most of the patterns we struggle with aren’t random.

They’re learned.

Over time, the body develops ways to protect us,
to avoid rejection, stay connected, feel safe.

But those same patterns can show up later as:

people-pleasing
overthinking
fear of abandonment
self-doubt
holding yourself back

Not because something is wrong with you…
but because something in you adapted.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about understanding the patterns you’ve been carrying,
and creating space to release them.

This is the moment before a 9D breathwork journey begins.
Before the headphones go on… before the breath begins.

Everyone arrives with something different.

Some people are curious.
Some people are nervous.
Some just want to feel.

In a few minutes the room will go quiet.

Headphones go on.
Bodies lie down.
And the breath begins to guide the journey.

From the outside it might just look like a room full of people lying on the floor.

But inside… every experience is completely different.

Some people release.
Some people rest.
Some people simply reconnect with themselves in a way they haven’t for a long time.

Feeling tired after breathwork is more common than people realise.

It might seem surprising.
After all, you’re “just breathing.”

But during a 9D breathwork session the nervous system often shifts out of sympathetic activation (fight or flight) and into the parasympathetic state (rest and repair).

For many people, this is the first time the body has truly slowed down in a while.

When that happens, the body may begin releasing stored stress and tension.

At the same time, brainwave activity can shift from beta (thinking and alertness) toward alpha and theta, states linked to relaxation and emotional processing.

That shift can sometimes leave the body feeling tired afterwards.

Not because something is wrong.

But because the nervous system is integrating the change.

Hydrate.
Rest.
Let the body settle.

Many of the emotional patterns we carry in adulthood didn’t begin here.

They often formed much earlier.

This journey explores the five primary emotional imprints that can shape how we move through life:

• separation from love
• abandonment
• rejection
• shame
• absence of love

These early experiences can quietly influence how we trust, how we relate to others, and how safe we feel being ourselves.

Through 9D breathwork and guided awareness, this session creates space for the body to gently access and release what may still be held beneath the surface.

You don’t need to know exactly where these patterns began.

The breath works with the body’s natural intelligence — allowing whatever is ready to move to do so safely and at your own pace.

Healing doesn’t come in one shape… and neither do facilitators.

On Saturday night I felt truly grateful to be invited to help hold space during a 9D session. It gently reminded me how beautifully different this work can look through each human. We all carry different stories, different experiences, and different ways of supporting others… yet the intention remains the same, helping people safely release what they’ve been holding, often for a very long time.

There was something deeply moving about being in a room filled with so many people choosing themselves, choosing healing, and choosing to breathe through what can sometimes feel too heavy to carry alone. The courage in those spaces never goes unnoticed.

I also feel grateful to the people creating opportunities for this work to reach more communities and more hearts here in Perth. It takes passion, dedication and belief to build spaces where people feel safe enough to soften.

There is a growing community of 9D facilitators here, and I genuinely believe that’s a beautiful thing… because healing is deeply personal, and the right space, energy and facilitator will always find the people who need it most.

Conscious breath is the foundation of every 9D breathwork journey.

Before sound.
Before music.
Before guidance.

We start with the breath because it’s the fastest way to communicate safety to the nervous system.

Most of us are breathing on autopilot, shaped by stress, pressure, and survival patterns we’ve adapted to over time. Under stress, the breath becomes short and protective, keeping the body in a constant state of alert.

When we consciously change the breath, we change the chemistry of the body, affecting heart rate, carbon dioxide tolerance, and stress hormones.
And when the body chemistry shifts, the brain responds.

The brain doesn’t need to be convinced.
It responds to information coming from the body.

This is why conscious breath comes first in 9D breathwork.
Not to force release, but to create the conditions where the nervous system can soften and deeper layers can land.
