Christina brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for supporting people to improve their health and wellbeing through practical, personalised nutrition advice. We’re thrilled to have her supporting our clients and community.

Outside of work, Christina is a busy mum to two girls, aged 9 and 10. Weekends are often spent camping with her family — exploring new places, trying new foods, and enjoying time in nature ⛺🌿 She also enjoys playing netball and curling up with a good psychological thriller 📚

✨ Meet Heidi Gray – Our Human Resources Coordinator ✨

We’re pleased to introduce Heidi Gray, our dedicated Human Resources Coordinator at Ourcare. Heidi brings 10 years of experience in the home care industry, having started in administrative support before moving into a Human Resources role five years ago.

In her role, Heidi is passionate about creating a positive and supportive workplace, ensuring our team members feel valued and well supported. She also plays a key role in coordinating and supporting our wonderful volunteers, who provide essential transport services for community members attending medical appointments and treatments.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending quality time with her two grandchildren and loves baking and decorating cookies for fun and family.

Heidi’s commitment, experience, and people-first approach make her an invaluable part of our organisation and the community we serve.

✅ Wear lightweight, light-coloured clothing
✅ Never leave children, pets, or anyone in a parked car – even for a minute
✅ Check on elderly neighbours and vulnerable members of our community

✨ Meet Tracey Halton – Aged Care Operations Manager ✨

Tracey brings a wealth of experience and heart to her role at Ourcare. After spending 10 years working in retail, she made the move into aged care, where she has now dedicated the past 20 years supporting older people and strengthening care services in our community.

Beyond her professional role, Tracey is an active member of her local RFS and is deeply involved in her community, helping to organise and cater for monthly local events. Her commitment to caring for others extends well beyond the workplace and reflects the values that underpin everything we do at Ourcare.

We’re proud to have Tracey as part of the Ourcare team and grateful for the passion, experience, and community spirit she brings every day 💙

Holiday Season Service Update 🎄✨

As we head into the festive season, please note that our office will be closed on all public holidays.

From December 22nd to January 5th, we will be operating essential services only so our team can enjoy a well-earned Christmas break while continuing to support those who need it most.

All ALC programs will resume in January, and our Community Transport Bus will continue to run on all days except public holidays.
