Because it’s not just a reflection you’re seeing —
it’s a conversation you’ve been having with yourself for years.
Could be....
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’ll never change.”
“This is just who I am.”

But what if those thoughts…
aren’t facts — just patterns?

Patterns your mind has learned.

Feeling the Holiday Pressure 🫣
The holidays can be magical… but they can also bring stress, especially when it comes to other people’s expectations.
“Do I have to attend this?”
“Will everyone like what I bring?”
“Am I doing enough?”

It’s easy to forget: you don’t need to meet everyone else’s idea of perfect.
This season, give yourself permission to:
✨ Set boundaries
✨ Say no when needed
✨ Focus on what truly brings you peace & happiness or however you'd like to feel.

Remember — your peace and wellbeing matter just as much as the celebrations.
