Hey everyone, my name is Rochellie and I am super excited to be joining the coaching team at Clean Street!✨

Growing up, I played netball, did cheerleading and only occasionally went to the gym. It wasn’t until 2020 that my fitness journey began and I made a promise to myself that I would become the best version of me physically, mentally & soulfully. 🦋

From that, my love for the health and fitness industry grew and I decided to pursue a career as a Group Fitness Trainer & a Pilates Instructor. I wanted to share my love, my passion and to be able to help make a difference in people’s lives, whether it was physically, mentally or soulfully.

As a trainer, I’ll always bring positive energy (even when the exercises/movements are hard 😉) support and encouragement to the space. As I specialise in resistance training & Pilates, I hope to share my knowledge with everyone at Clean Street!

My own training is a mix of Hybrid (strength & cardio) & Pilates (Mat & Reformer). I love balance and variety and believe that everyone should try different types to find out what they love and enjoy.
My favourite exercise are hip thrusts, wall balls & the row erg! 🏋️

Hi, my name is Alanah, and I’m so excited to be a new Coach at Clean Street!💪

I grew up playing competitive sports, staying active, and being part of a team. This experience fuelled my passion for health and fitness and inspired me to pursue a career as a fitness coach and instructor.

I strongly believe in finding balance—both in life and in the gym—and I’m dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals while having fun along the way! Known as being confident and full of energy, I take pride in bringing positive vibes to every workout. I specialise in leading circuit sessions that combine both high- and low-intensity components to keep training dynamic and effective.

I love training alongside others, fostering a positive mindset, and hitting PB’s in the gym!! A few of my favourite exercises are Burpees, Cable Step-Ups & Handstands🤸‍♀️

I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and seeing the strength and talent that fills this gym!
