Pregnancy can feel tough but there are things that can make it easier:
1. Balance your blood sugar by eating wholefoods, a low GI diet and eating regularly. Daily movement also helps.
2. Support optimal gut function, so eating lots of fibre and stimulating your digestion with bitter foods (think radish, rocket, dill, kale etc), can keep things moving.
3. Reduce stress and feelings of overwhelm. Yoga, breathwork, walking in nature, creating art etc can all be helpful in keeping your nervous system calm.
9 months can feel like 18 when you're not feeling great. What else works for you to ease your symptoms?
