We have LIFT OFF 🙌 🚀 This is another favourite adjustment of mine!! Why!!? Well annoyingly this modern world drives stiffness and rigidity into this area of the spine called the cervicothoracic junction. It’s the area that has attracted names like text neck and the dreaded dowagers hump. The solution!! You know it; movement is medicine and motion is lotion. This adjustment gets this area of the spine moving and lets it swivel, bend, twist, turn, flex, and extend with ease. C’mon get adjusted and let’s combat this modern world that suffocates spines.
