This is part of my daily routine lately 💊🥤
I get asked a lot what I use to support energy, metabolism and cravings, so here’s a look at what I’m currently adding in and how I use it.
🥤 Protein shake base
I start with a quality protein blend to help me hit my protein target for the day. This keeps me fuller for longer and makes it easier to stay consistent, especially on busy mornings.
🥥 MCT powder
I add a scoop for extra healthy fats and steadier energy. It helps me stay satisfied and reduces that I need a snack feeling between meals.
🧠 Magnesium
This is a staple for me. I take it to support stress, sleep quality, muscle recovery and nervous system regulation.
🌿 Herbal drops
I add a few drops depending on what my body needs that week, usually for gut support and general wellbeing.
Supplements don’t replace food, they support a good foundation. The basics still matter first
