Everyone’s rushing to be the best.
What if you ran for the development of yourself?

Whether you’re running solo or alongside friends, it doesn’t take long after you stop to feel it.. the rush. The clarity. The calm. The reminder of why you keep showing up.

Run a distance you’ve never done before.
Enter a race. Set a challenge.
You’ll learn more about yourself than you expect and you’ll be better for it. Iron sharpens iron.

Integrity matters. In a world where most things can be manipulated, numbers can be spun, and shortcuts are everywhere 10km is always 10km. Every single time. There’s comfort in that honesty.

When I run at that time of day, life slows down.
They’re the only hours that don’t feel like minutes.
A long run might feel like a long time, but it gives me space to reflect, to plan, to think, to drift.

And that… is something truly special.

Thursday 1/1/26

Nursing a possible pec minor or serratus anterior strain on my left side. Not sure what caused it but I’ve made it worse this week. Will be resting upper body for the next week or two to hopefully get on top of it.

Bloody annoying because I don’t even train upper body that hard or that often anymore 😅 Probably why it’s falling apart lol.

This leg day I kept easy vs earlier in the week which I haven’t posted yet.

You’re not always in control of what happens but you’re in control of your reaction and the action you take after it.

30min shake out run tomorrow before a solid weekend of running 🏃🏽

End of 2025.

This year had a bit of everything.
Big goals. Big risks. Big lessons.

I pushed myself physically in ways I hadn’t before.
Chasing faster times, stronger performances, and better ex*****on.
Some races went to plan, some didn’t, but every one of them taught me something valuable.

I backed myself in business.
Made decisions that felt uncomfortable at the time, but necessary for growth.
Moved things around, refined my focus, and doubled down on what actually matters.

Watching clients transform this year has been one of the biggest highlights.
From fat loss to muscle gain, first races to big PBs.
Seeing people believe in themselves more than they did at the start of the year is something I’ll never take for granted.

The60club grew into something far bigger than I ever imagined.
A real community. Real people. Real support.
Grateful for everyone who showed up, encouraged each other, and made it what it is.

There was balance too.
Life outside of training and work.
Time with the people who matter most.
Moments that reminded me why I do all of this in the first place.

Earned, not given.
Proud of how far things have come, and very aware there’s still plenty more to chase.

2026, we’re just getting started.

HYROX Melbourne 2025.

Not exactly how I pictured it, but I’m learning that it rarely ever is.

I hit the sled feeling great and ahead of pace. Went to push… and the entire back of the sled lifted off the floor. The front wouldn’t slide at all. I’d seen the videos and heard the stories, but this was my first time experiencing it.

I could barely move the thing.
After spending way too long on the sled push, my legs were absolutely cooked, and that had a ripple effect through the rest of the race.

Every run hurt.
Every station was a grind.
Lunges had me cramping rep after rep.

It was a tough day in the office.

That said, I still walked away with a PB and I’m genuinely stoked about that. It shows the work is paying off. But I also know there’s more there for me.

The support over the weekend was unreal. Having the group there, and seeing The60club community get behind everyone racing was insane. So grateful for that energy, it honestly made a huge difference.

I know the sub 1:10:00 is there.
If the sleds go smoothly, it’s on.

Brisbane will be the one 💪🏽
