You ever train harder than ever… and still run the same time?
Weeks of consistency.
Pushing yourself.
Doing everything you think you should be doing.
But nothing really changes.
Meanwhile, you see other people getting faster…
and you start questioning it.
“How are they doing that?”
“Why isn’t that me?”
I used to be the exact same.
I thought it was an effort problem.
That I just needed to push harder, do more, go further.
But I was wrong.
It wasn’t a matter of if I could improve…
it was a matter of when I actually followed the right system.
So I stopped guessing.
I got myself a running-specific coach
and started training with structure.
Since then, the results have honestly blown me away.
To the point where I can confidently say
I will run a sub 3:15 marathon in my first attempt.
That sounds crazy…
but it’s just proof that the system works.
