Our littlest daredevil exploring new parks and HEIGHTS On his outing yesterday.
Support worker supported and prompted the use of gross motor skills to Add a new park which the participant had never been to before. Not only was this exciting for the participant to be in a new area but he also enjoyed using all his little muscles to climb and explore the areas within the park.

Our support worker was even informed that he can do this by himself and did not need anyone’s help !!

Wanted to share a bit of an activity that our support worker and one of our participants got up to in their sessions this week.

2026 BINGO CARD/ VISION GOAL CARD!

This bingo card is an interactive way for our participants to set their goals and intentions for the new year and worked towards them once completed marking them off as you were in a bingo game!

This is a fun way to stay driven and accountable for goals whilst also making it enjoyable and exciting to mark off once achieved

These are some of the goals that one of our participants have set for themselves for the year which we will assist them to achieve as part of their choice and control and development of their independence and day-to-day life 😁

Yesterday was “International Day of Persons with Disabilities”. a reminder that every disability is unique, valid, and worthy of recognition.
As support workers, we see every day that not all disabilities are physical or visible. Our work teaches us the importance of understanding, compassion, and celebrating the strength and individuality of every person we support.

Here’s to honoring all disabilities and continuing to build a more inclusive world 💚🤍

Hi all!
My name is Alexandria (ally) the face behind CCA.
I have been in this field of work for four years now and have seen the growth and changes of many of the participants I have worked with and that’s where I knew this is the job for me!!

I now run CCA with a team of 4 female support workers/cleaners and one admin team member

Without our team CCA wouldn’t be able to run and our participants wouldn’t be able to receive the person-centred care they receive day and day out

We provide our participants with Support in most areas of their life, including:
- self-care ,
- household maintenance and household tasks
- organisation
- use of AAC
- cooking and meal oreperation
- laundry
- community and social interactions
- attending appointments
- transport

If you or someone you know is in need of a support worker or cleaner, we would love to assist you in reaching your NDIS goals!

We have after school availability as well as ample weekend availability!

Currently unregistered provider working toward registration
Fully insured trained and qualified with all current required qualifications
