Tried making protein water gummies… taste 10/10 but why do they look like pork belly 😅😂

Recipe (if you’re game enough to try):
• 1 scoop protein water
• 2.5 tbsp gelatine

Bloom half with cold water, mix the other half with hot (not quite boiling) water, stir it all together, set and forget. Then chop into cubes with scissors ✂️

Even passed the daughter taste test… surprisingly 😂

Sometimes you just need some ME time and self care to recharge your batteries ✨

Today is a gym rest day from weight training, but that doesn’t mean no movement. I’m still getting my steps in on the treadmill and hitting the StairMaster to keep my body active and my mindset strong. Active recovery is just as important as the grind 💪
