In just 12wks she’s completely changed her body comp, dropping an incredible amount of body fat while building muscle and getting stronger at the same time

Ari had gastric band surgery 3yrs and dropped a stack of weight but like so many find, after 2-3yrs the band stretches and the effectiveness wears off – and the kilos started to come back on!

She knew it was time to learn about how to nourish herself to perform, get educated on nutrition and set up the habits and lifestyle needed to maintain her results for good

She works FIFO in a high-intensity role, so things needed to be super efficient and effective

So did exactly that.

We used two different nutrition strategies – one when she’s onsite and a different one for when she was home.. Different environments, so the different strategies worked best for her!

We made sure her training was designed for developing the body she wanted

And we focused on engraining healthy habits to ensure the results will last

Combine this with her epic consistency to the process and determination

And the results… well they speak for themselves!

The exact same rule applies in health & fitness

Liss is a perfect example of someone TAKING ACTION and getting rewarded for it

12 weeks ago I started a journey that honestly excited and scared me. I decided to work with after seeing the results he helped my friends achieve.

After gaining weight post-surgery, I tried to lose it the easy way, through weight loss medication. But it ended up making my health worse

I’d never worked with a nutritionist before, so I gave it a go, expecting just a meal plan. But it was so much more.

Shaun taught me why past attempts didn’t work, how to build meals that manage hunger and fuel performance, and most importantly how to stay on track when life gets chaotic.

Now, 12 weeks later, I feel proud.
I didn’t just change physically I’ve grown mentally and emotionally too. I feel more confident, more in control, and more connected to my purpose.

What excites me most is that I now feel inspired to share my journey and help women who may be struggling with self-worth or unsure where to start. This journey taught me that showing up for yourself creates a ripple effect and I want to be part of that ripple for others.

Massive thanks to for helping me refind that purpose and teaching me what actually works. His support and straight-up guidance made all the difference.

Just a little update on myself..

This was a bit hard to post up as I’m very much out of my comfort zone but I’m also trying to be vulnerable and real!

The left hand side is from when I first started with and the right hand side is currently. I’m not going to lie, I’ve had many ups and downs in the last 4 weeks and with that I feel as though my progress hasn’t been as great as it could be (that is due to myself not my plan) however, I’m still happy with these results that I can see 🙏🏼

I’ve gone from 100kgs down to 97kgs, I don’t feel so heavily bloated, I can bend over and tie my shoes more comfortably, I can sit down on the ground and not have that tight restrictive feeling in my legs and I can do up a pair of jeans that I originally couldn’t fit - just a few things I have noticed so far 😊

I look forward to accomplishing more 🙏🏼



READ THIS: when Sim says she had “ups and downs” this included getting wiped out sick and navigating school holidays

Despite that, she’s made meaningful progress which l shows the #1 most important trait for anyone wanting lasting results. RESILIENCE

The ability to get back on the horse when you get knocked down

Big shoutout to my man

When we first spoke, he had 6wks until his wedding. He wanted to be in the best shape possible but also didn’t want a quick fix that would come undone after

So we took a 2-phase approach…
6wk Pre-Wedding = Fast Fat Loss Phase
6wks Post-Wedding = Lifestyle & Habit Forming Phase

The results…

Jim walked down the aisle 5kg leaner, stronger and feeling amazing for it (check out the pics 🔥)

After the wedding - His words…
“I have to buy a whole new wardrobe for winter as none of my pants fit me anymore”

More importantly than these results is the fact he now knows what approach to training and nutrition works FOR HIM. He knows how to balance out having a social life with flexibility for a drink or meals out without it derailing his results. This level of personalisation and education are essential if you’re trying to break out of the yo-yo, lose weight / regain the weight cycle
