If I have one bit of advice for you, it is to turn packages over at the shops and read the ingredients.

Don’t be fooled by what the marketing says. Yes it may say ā€œsugar freeā€ or ā€œlow sugarā€ but I can guarantee they have put it in there somewhere (just under a secret alias).
There are over 50!!!!!!! different names for sugar.
Please don’t let the marketing fool you, and just turn the package over šŸ™

Balance means to allow yourself to
Enjoy food with friends which brings you close together šŸ„‚
Eat birthday cake with your kids šŸ°
Choosing convenience over nutritious because there are only so many hours in the day ā° and
Pigging out on chocolate and sweets with your husband when the kids have gone to bed šŸ«

When you don’t allow yourself to enjoy the simple things your sense of balance and mental health may suffer. Listen to your body and be kind to yourself ✨

Easter is just one day and not a reason to let it take over your routine.

🐄 Before Easter - don’t restrict or overcompensate, keep things the same.

šŸ« During Easter - don’t skip meals. Eat Easter choccie and don’t feel bad about it.

🐰 After Easter - resume your normal routine. No need for ā€œdetoxesā€ or restrictions. Jump back into what you were doing before.

Most of all; be kind to yourself.
One day won’t defy your health.
Indulge, and make the special memories with your family šŸ°šŸ«
