The Complex PTSD Club Welcome to Australia's newest non-profit organisation for those affected by complex trauma. This includes 1 in 4 adults who have experienced childhood trauma.

We empower recovery & build resilience for adults impacted by long term traumatic events. People who experience abuse and trauma in childhood or complex trauma as an adult often struggle with their psychological and physical health. People supporting them often don’t know what to do or say. The Complex PTSD Club is here to help survivors recover from their trauma with resources and online support. We provide information for family/friends wanting to help survivors. Everything published on our website is for educational purposes only. The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Survival responses of fight, flight, please-appease, and finally freeze often come in combinations and some of these are hardwired.
