While only 30% of Australians rate home care positively*, satisfaction among users and families is more than double that.

At BlueCare we’ve raised the satisfaction among our clients to 87%. Keeping a regular check on our performance in the eyes of our clients is critical to improving our performance.

We do this several ways from surveys to consumer advisory groups and listening to feedback from our clients directly.

Christa & Moo – 60 Years of Friendship

From Hayman Island mischief in the '60s to coffee chats at Sunrise Beach Aged Care in 2025, Christa and Moo’s friendship has truly stood the test of time.

They’ve travelled the world, survived typhoid, met Sir Edmund Hillary, and helped launch the Eumundi Markets. Now, they’re living their dream of growing old together at Sunrise Beach Aged Care.

“We’re best friends. I felt like I just slotted in,” Moo says. “Christa was already here and could explain how everything works.”

These are important changes to creating a system that’s high-quality, respectful and sustainable. This extra time will allow all involved to better understand the changes, so our clients can prepare and make informed decisions.
