I’m Susan Rose, a hypnotherapist dedicated to supporting women who are navigating the deep, overwhelming grief of losing a loved one. My journey with grief began after the passing of my father, an experience that showed me how consuming sadness, guilt, and emotional overwhelm can feel—and how challenging it is to move forward without feeling like you’re betraying the person you love. Through this personal journey, I discovered the profound healing potential of introspective hypnotherapy, which gently releases guilt, restores emotional balance, and helps the nervous system unwind. This work became my calling: to guide other women through grief with compassion, nurturing support, and tools that allow them to honor their loved ones while reclaiming joy, presence, and confidence in life.
