We just love making our our SunVibe Barrier Balm ❤️ 🌞

We poured a new batch of SunVibe today, and every time we do it, it takes me back to why we started making this balm in the first place.
We wanted something real for our family — something without the chemicals, fillers, and mystery ingredients you see everywhere.

So we chose the things that actually make sense for skin:

• Tallow — rich, nourishing, and so close to our skin’s natural oils that it absorbs beautifully.

• Coconut oil — gentle, protective, and soothing for dry or irritated spots.

• Beeswax — that natural barrier that helps everything stay put without feeling heavy.

• Zinc — something we love for days in the sun or wind; it just gives that extra bit of protection when life gets a little harsher on the skin.

…plus a few other natural oils and shea butter to bring everything together.

For us, this balm is for beach days, garden days, dry skin days… all the little moments where you want something simple and dependable. We use it every day.

Sharing a little behind-the-scenes so you can see exactly what goes into each tin — just honest ingredients, slow-made, by hand.

Several months ago, during meditation, these shapes and symbols came to me ❇️

From that moment, our logo for Body & Soul Flow was born ✨💫

While on holidays today, I felt inspired to sketch it again and draw the outline with an acrylic paint pen in Golden yellow 💛✨️🙏

These past few years have really been about creating a lifestyle of Mindfulness —for ourselves and our two boys. Life has been a roller-coaster of emotions, and finding ways to bring more peace, grounding, balance and gratitude into our days has been so important. 🌿

Through Body & Soul Flow, we’re sharing little snippets of this Mindful Lifestyle and the habits we’re building as a family.

This is just the beginning, but the vision for our Shop and what Gifts and Skills we bring to the community is getting clearer every day ✨
