here are 5 types of psychosocial-safe communication i teach leaders and teams:
💬 clear + predictable (what you need, by when, confirm priorities)
💬 respectful + neutral (no sarcasm, focus on behaviour)
💬 curious + listening (ask before assuming)
💬 boundaried + assertive (renegotiate workload early)
💬 repair + accountability (name impact, apologise, fix the system)
