現為澳洲營養師協會會員的Gary Ng, 持有昆士蘭大學頒發的食物及營養學士學位及營養治療碩士學位。本人曾在布里斯班兩所公立醫院為患者提供專業意見和營養扶助。特別專注於為糖尿病、體重過重、心血管疾病、痛風、腎病、肝病、腸胃不適等患者提供飲食治療的建議。跟據每個人的生活習慣及文化背景從而量身設計餐單和改善方案。透過簡單易明的營養知識教導及認知行為修正來改善健康狀況。以上服務均可以普通話、粵語或英語進行, 為客人提供優質服務和建議。跟據客人身體狀況, 持有Medicare 或私人醫療保險可握得部分費用回扣。

Gary Ng is a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. He graduated from the University of Queensland with Bachelor of Applied Science (major in Food Science and Nutrition) in 2010, and then completed his Master qualification in Dietetics studies at University of Queensland by 2012. He had clinical experiences in major hospitals in Brisbane for the past two years to deliver high quality personalised nutritional support for a wide range of medical and lifestyle conditions. He has good understanding of diet-disease relationships with specific interest in chronic disease management/prevention such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and weight management. He is passionate on delivering personalised dietetic advice with outcome focused to people who wish to achieve their health goals and optimum health status by providing strategies and motivation to address a variety of health concerns. Gary believes there is no “one diet fit all” approach as everyone is an individual with a unique health profile, food preference, and a lifestyle. With his expertise in food and nutrition, Gary can provide you nutritional advice in a friendly environment and individual meal plans that meet your nutritional requirements while fitting into your lifestyle and family needs.
