Congratulations Joy. 🤩

👏 Meet Joy!

Courageous and thoughtful, Joy has embraced every opportunity to grow during her time at STEPS Pathways College.

Joy has made incredible progress in her daily living skills, like cooking, cleaning and being a responsible tenant, as well as her social skills and confidence. She loves reading, researching and playing board games, and she brings her curiosity and kindness to every experience.

One of her favourite STEPS memories is volunteering at the Harvest Day Autumn 2025 market stalls, a moment that combined her community spirit and helpful nature. While she’s still exploring her next steps, Joy dreams of studying and living in Brisbane.

“Because of STEPS, I learned how to be independent and socialise, and I’ve met a lot of people.”

Please join us in congratulating Joy and wishing her all the best on her ongoing journey to independence 💚

Congrats peeps! Job well done. A big shout out to Joy. All the best with your future. 😀

🌟 Meet our 2025 STEPS Pathways College graduates! 🌟

This amazing group of young people have completed two years of Boarding College, reaching a major milestone and fully embracing a brighter future filled with independence and self-confidence.

Yesterday, we held a beautiful graduation ceremony and shone a spotlight on each graduate, what makes them unique, and all that they have achieved during their time at STEPS Pathways College.

While we will all miss them dearly and we will always treasure the time they spent with us, we are incredibly excited for what their bright futures have in store.

This is our favourite day of the year and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended or supported our graduates on their journeys to this moment and beyond.

Congratulations to our 2025 graduates!

We miss G & J! They love working at the Endeavour Foundation.

Go Luke! What a great part of the STEPS Pathways College program 💜

Luke’s time to shine 🦷

This year, as part of our curriculum’s Healthy Bodies unit, STEPS Pathways College had the opportunity to host a local dental practice’s team.

They talked to our students about the importance of oral hygiene and regular check-ups – and Luke decided it was time to take action.

Luke had a comprehensive check-up and found out he needed seven fillings. Since then, with the help of the STEPS Pathways College team and his mum, he’s patiently navigated long wait times, phone calls, follow-ups, and hurdles in the system to access dental care at no out-of-pocket expense.

Now, just over nine months later, Luke is down to just one final filling! 🙌

He’s also become more resilient, putting in the effort to tick goals off his list and doing it all with a great attitude.

Amazing job, Luke!

Reasonable and Necessary!
Magnolia Ride Safe is doing our best to address this issue on the Sunshine Coast.

Public transport connects us all, but for 1.2 million Australians with disabilities, it can be a daily struggle.

That’s why conversations on inclusion are so important.
