Noone seems to like the the subject of Mental Health - we can just call it HEALTH
Which consists of our
Mind , body and soul
Our mental state
Our physical state
Our spiritual state
Our emotional state

This subject is a massive subject
Its ok to not feel ok sometimes
Its life …. The highs , the lows

Noone is exempt from FEELINGS

Some people like to block their feelings
Some feel more than others ( EMPATHS )

I know this week has been massive week for so many people
Back to school
Money
Family issues , exs , getting back into the swing of work , school ect

All of these things can stir up feelings, overwhelm, cranky kids, tired and worn out.

What do you DO to feel better ???

I am very aware of what I do as a job and how taxing that can be on myself and how important it is to LOOK AFTER MYSELF

Today I went for a couple of different walks out in nature -A beach walk then around the trees 🌴 soaking up all the goodness life, of what nature has to offer.

I came across a lovely lady , she was blowing bubbles - inner child happiness then she drew this lovely sign saying

I absolutely LOVE the little reminder of how important nature is for our soul.

Do you have food
Do you have someone to talk to
Do you have a yard to go outside
Can you go for a walk

Sometimes we need to give thanks for the small things - because really they are the biggest things.

What we don’t want for ourself moving forward.

Take note of the problems that are coming up. They are your lessons and are telling you where you need to change.

Also look at what you physically need to let go of. What Possessions can you let go of ??? Do you have clutter ???
Time for it to be cleared out !

New job that feels rewarding
New house that is cosy for your new energy
New interests
New area
New furnishings
Maybe it’s time to change your room around ? Or New bedding !

To watch her face light up with old memories.

Like stories coming to life
Like a movie you’ve watched and get to see again

The movie of her life. With all her favourite characters coming to life.

So many loved ones came in.

This fills my heart to be able to bring joy into others hearts.

I’m a bit tired, 9 or more loved ones come through and each one giving memories for her and some only she knows about.
