Whether targeting fat loss, toning, strength, muscle gain, endurance, flexibility, general health and well being, or a complete lifestyle change, I can assist you so you can lead a fitter, healthier and happier life. I am a fully qualified personal trainer, registered nurse, and a certified boxing and group fitness instructor. I am passionate about fitness and health, plant-based nutrition, and assisting people of all ages to reach their goals and improve their quality of life. I have many years of experience, and my areas of specialisation include plant-based nutrition, women's health, strength training, muscle gain, core conditioning, boxing, and also prevention and recovery from conditions such as hormonal imbalance and fatigue. I offer face-to-face and/or online/distance training and food coaching. Exercise sessions are available either one-to-one, in pairs, or groups. My workouts are always varied and fun, and depending on your specific goals, may include cardio and resistance training, boxing, and also yoga and Pilates exercises. I provide effective guidance for healthy eating and lifestyle changes that you will find manageable, and will be able to maintain - for life! Personal/Group fitness sessions can be held at the beach/park, your home, or the gym, and I offer a variety of discount packs and payment options.
