My Care Specialist is a holistic, integrative, independent and truly person-centered service that walks alongside you on your journey, helping you to navigate life when it is too overwhelming to walk it alone. My Care Specialist provides a number of services, but our main focus is Support Coordination where we support people with a disability to successfully navigate their NDIS funding and to achieve their goals. We are experienced professionals with many years’ experience working within the areas of disability & aged care, including both the NDIS & My Aged Care systems. As such, we have the knowledge and experience to walk alongside you in identifying and achieving your goals so that you can live your best and most fulfilling life. As we understand how the ability to access supports and services can have a substantial impact on you living a purposeful and meaningful life, we use our specialist knowledge to empower you with the information you need to navigate the NDIS &/or Aged Care systems as well as making informed choices on all the supports and services available to you. As we are passionate about bringing our services to as many people as possible and don’t want anyone to be further disadvantaged, we work together with our private, non-funded clients to ascertain how we can provide our services within their budget.
