Congratulations to all those that participated in the 30 day re boot. We had some amazing changes, some weight loss, consistency in water intake, movement and even the kids joining In. It’s such fun when we work together as a team. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💖

You know how much I love these whole food products. Well as most companies right now are having a Black Friday, cyber Monday, yellow Tuesday sale. So is my favourite whole food company Juice Plus. These shakes are in bundles, up to 50% off, a free shaker, 10 days access to their wellness app and a very Comprehensive recipie book. As usual these sales dont last long, so, when your in the office next let me know your preference (chocolate or vanilla) and let’s get some goodness into your belly before the silly season starts. 🥤 🎄

Start of week 2 of the 30 day re-boot. The idea is to get some consistency with some essentials in life (movement, water, rest, nourishment) and making life Soooooooo much easier. This is my nutrition for the day, my servings of fruit, veg, berries and omeaga oils packedaged up in a protien smoothie (with a whole host of other stuff like spouts, ancient grains etc) - that by the way tastes like an ‘angel delight’ mouse. (Maybe only the English will understand that one- let’s just say bloody delicious)
