MEDITATION | I’m just getting back into having nightly baths and doing my favourite guided meditations.
In the past I’d worry about my now 3 month old (who’s in her bed) suddenly needing me. But I find I’m able to relax and drop in.
Of course, I’m doing this for myself but also for her so I can be the best mummy possible to Edie.
