One of the greatest privileges of my work is walking alongside students as they grow into confident teachers and educators.

Creating supportive networks and connections has always been at the heart of my classes at Joymamma - look at all the friendships made over the years! As I step away from teaching regular classes while travelling between Australia 🇦🇺 and the UK 🇬🇧 to spend time with my parents, staying connected to real people and their experiences continues to be my priority.

I’m grateful for the technology that allows this training to be offered online. I'm equally grateful for the flexibility to travel, mark assignments - and also be able meet in person and support the next generation of prenatal yoga teachers.

In person training dates are happening June & Oct on the Sunshine Coast. 🌞

Congratulations to the newest Joymamma graduates. It certainly takes commitment to step into supporting women through pregnancy and beyond.

This Teacher Training blends self-paced study, mentoring and practicum experience, supporting teachers to work safely and confidently with pregnant and postnatal women.

It’s always a privilege to guide teachers through this process.

These manuals represent hours of learning, practice and mentoring and are just the beginning of the meaningful work these graduates have ahead.

Many yoga teachers feel called to support pregnant women, but aren’t always sure where to begin.

Joymamma’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is designed for teachers ready to deepen their knowledge and specialise with confidence.

Learning is delivered through self-paced study and live mentoring, offered either online or in person. Alongside my travelling months, in-person sessions are held throughout the year on the Sunshine Coast.

Joymamma’s training is designed for teachers who are ready to slow down, deepen their understanding and step into prenatal teaching with confidence.

HypnoBirthing has been a foundational influence in my work since 2012 (my earlier students will now have teenagers!)

This year I will continue to offer HypnoBirthing refresher classes for past students, and its principles remain woven through how I approach birth education, safety, language, and emotional support.

Respect for physiology, calm communication, informed choice and trust in the body are woven throughout my Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training and Mentorship.

These principles guide teachers as they learn to support pregnant women both on and off the mat. All pregnant women should have access to the many gifts yoga brings, regardless of any limitations or medical conditions they may have.
