ABC news has reported the falling HPV vaccination rates stating:

Only 80 per cent of teens are up to date with the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, which prevents cervical, oral, a**l and other ge***al cancers. The target is 90 per cent.

The vaccine is delivered in schools and experts say lower attendance rates since COVID, vaccine hesitancy and access issues are the main reasons for the drop.

What's next?
Experts are urging teenagers who missed the HPV shot at school to get a catch-up vaccine.
