I just tried the new Arnott’s gluten-free Jatz and Scotch Finger biscuits, and I can confirm—they taste just like the originals! Jatz with GF Vegemite and cheese = perfection 😋

Now, I’m usually late to the party when it comes to finding these things (pretty sure some of you have been snacking on them for months), but for my fellow slow discoverers—go out and try them!!

How good is stir-fry? Quick, easy and tasty 😋 I added some rice noodles to complete the dish and my favorite honey soy sauce. I made a larger quantity for convenient lunches this week too 🙌
For extra convenience, Aldi has a fresh stir-fry vege pack that I used which cut down prep down even further 😃

Many of us rely on things like drinking and smoking to make us feel better. What we're actually chasing though, is a chemical rush. 🧪

When we do certain things, our brain releases chemicals (neurotransmitters) that affect how we feel. Our feel-good chemicals include:

🧠 oxytocin - known as the love hormone that makes us feel warm and fuzzy
🧠 dopamine - the feel-good hormone that controls your mood
🧠 endorphins - the body's natural pain relievers
🧠 serotonin - the mood regulator that helps you feel emotionally stable and calm

Next time you're reaching for your vice, try one of these hacks to feel the rush instead. 🥰
