Today I had the absolute joy of guiding a meditation and sound journey for a room of 70 incredible women - and a few wonderful men too.

Together we slowed down, came back to our breath and our hearts, and collectively expanded love out to the entire planet.

We also honoured the women among us, the women who came before us in our lineages, and the women walking beside us in our communities today. The strength, resilience, creativity, and wisdom in that room was truly something special.

Feeling deeply grateful, so honoured and truly humbled 🥹💪♥️

Feeling so very grateful after hosting Ancestral Echoes today 🪶✨

The most beautiful group came together in such an open and intentional way. Through sound, journeying, and fire ceremony, there was a powerful sense of letting go, renewal, and remembering who we truly are beneath the old agreements and stories.

To everyone who showed up today - thank you for your trust, your presence, and the energy you brought to the space. It was truly special to share this journey together.

And much gratitude to Andrew Anthony. What a beautiful circle to share 🔥✨

One week to go!… And this journey is humming with something powerful.
