Still trying to put into words (in English) the experience of yesterday’s Galactic Historians Conference with Activations with JJ and an amazing group of women.

We explored the power of expression and our authentic voice - not spoken but sung, toned, breathed, and written, as the frequencies of light language codes poured through, carving and weaving pathways of wisdom and remembrance.

Opening up parts of ourselves with a deeper awareness and reverence of being a spiritual light being in this very human experience, and bridging the infinite with the physical, remembering who we truly are while living fully here on Earth.

An important message shared that “we are here for birthing, not purging.” We have done the work and can move forward in trust and in play, without strain, but in flow and ease.

The White Lion Collective card showing us the ripple effects we all make as we create and activate new potentials with our inner roar in heart, voice and soul.

What an amazingly profound weekend, receiving the Munay-Ki Rites from Karen Tetther - Shamanic Soul Journeys and Kate Maryam - Kate Maryam: Moon & Tide Gatherings & Energy Healing. Taking in these ancient shamanic energies, wisdoms and rituals was such a gift and a privilege.

So much healing, connection and journeying, deep understanding of who we are becoming, and such rich respect for Pachamama - Mother Earth, the elements and animals and all that is 🌿🐍🐆🪶🦅

Many seeds germinating and synchronicities occurring already! I am excited to integrate and embed these practices and this knowledge, and incorporate into shared offerings.

Such a beautifully held space and sharing of the teachings and transmissions Kate and Karen. So grateful. Thank you, thank you 🙏 Aho!

So this morning’s yoga session in the sunshine swiftly turned into Savasana - perhaps more aptly, sleeping dog 🥰 It’s beautiful to witness how animals are so drawn to all things healing and relaxation.

Ending with Mastiff hugs, my cup and heart were filled with the belief and knowing that we all deserve love, healing and peace ✨🐾♥️
