We’re looking for kind, experienced female support workers (multiple positions available) to join our peaceful SIL home in Coes Creek (5 minutes from Nambour)
This role supports two lovely women who truly make coming to work enjoyable. The home is calm, safe and respectful, and we’ve built a team culture based on consistency, genuine care and strong relationships with both staff and participants.
Personal care and daily living support will be part of each shift, and some daytime shifts can also include community access.
What you’ll need:
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and your own fully insured vehicle (able to fit a fold-up wheelchair for community access shifts)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Police Check / Criminal History Screening
• Medication competency (or willingness to obtain)
• Relevant qualifications completed, in progress or willingness to commence

Pay: SCHADS Award rates (based on experience and qualifications)
Experience with PEG feeding, mobility support and personal care is preferred but not essential, the most important thing is that you genuinely care about supporting people with dignity and kindness.
Shifts include:
Sleepovers: Monday, Friday and Saturday
Day shift: (Saturday)
Split shifts: Tuesday & Wednesday (morning + afternoon, around 7 hours total per day)
Additional shifts will become available from time to time, with the opportunity to increase hours for the right team member who aligns well with our participants and culture.
