Let’s talk Chakras 🧘🏼‍♀️

Did you know there are 7 Chakras in the body and these are thought of the main energy points in your body, which run down the spine. Here’s a bit more about each point:

Root- Located at the base of the spine in the tail bone area, this is represented by the colour red. This point is connected with our physical identity, stability and grounding.

Sacral- Located just below the belly button and just above the public bone, it’s represented by the colour orange and is connected with our sexuality and creativity.

Solar- Located in the upper abdomen/stomach area, represented by the colour yellow and is connected to our self-esteem and confidence.

Heart- Located in the centre of the chest,above the heart, represented by the colour green and connected to our compassion and love.

Throat- Located in the throat, represented by the colour blue and is connected to our communication.

Third Eye- Located between the eyebrows, represented by the colour Indigo and is connected with our imagination and intuition.

Crown- Located at the very top of the head, represented by violet/white and is connected with our intelligence and awareness.
