Have you heard of menstrual moon cycling? It is the synchronisation of a woman's bleed with the phases of the moon.

It is believed that before artificial light was a part of our world, the moonlight influenced our hormone production to stimulate ovulation and menstruation. Cool huh?!

Tonight is a full moon and my bleed started today which makes my cycle a Red Moon Cycle (bleed on full moon, ovulate on new moon). If you are in your ovulation time at full moon then you are following a White Moon Cycle.

Try tracking your cycle for a few months and see how it aligns with the moon. It is a great way to reconnect with your cycle & womb 🤍
If your cycle feels out of wack, a great way to reconnect is to moon bathe under the full moon 🌕
