The perfect dressing for GREEN SALADS - served today with spinach, couscous and salmon - 1/3 cup basil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, pinch salt, 1 tablespoon chives, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 tablespoon mint, 1/4 cucumber, little garlic, 20g pine nuts, 1/4 water, 1 teaspoon sweetener, black pepper. Blast in blender. Yum! dressing
