There's something truly magical about bringing our voices outdoors. Sitting amongst rustling leaves, feeling the gentle breeze and letting our songs float into the open air isn't just beautiful - it's incredibly beneficial for our well-being.
🎶Stress melts away - the environment and meditative act of singing calm the nervous system.
🎶 Our senses awaken - we become attuned to the sounds, smells and sight around us.
🎶 We feel connected - to the earth, to eachother and to something larger than ourselves.
