I hope you spent beautiful time with your friends and family 🫶🏼

I owe you a little explanation for going MIA from Pilates for a bit… I took two weeks off. Proper time off - from my business, from working, from overthinking the future, worrying about what’s next and constantly creating.

As many of you know, I really try to keep it real and authentic here. I’m still new to all the AI, social media systems and automation & what you see here is simply me - me in real life. And honestly? I needed to recharge.

Last year was full of ups and downs. I tried and I failed. I smiled and I cried. I was searching for my way… and I found it. But to keep my mind fresh and my motivation high, pressing a reset button isn’t just nice - sometimes it’s necessary.

I have so many things planned for you, and I’m already itching to work again - a feeling I truly missed for a while.

So… happy new year to you, to us. Thank you for being part of my journey. You won’t regret it 🙌

First workout of the summer holidays for you - and it’s one of my favourite ones to do! 💦☀️
Just YOU + a pair of dumbbells of your choice 💪 (I use 6kg)

7 exercises. One full-body burn you can do at home, at the gym, on holidays or anywhere life takes you. You’ve probably seen me doing it in Fernwood 🫵

(note: please be aware of your own body and injuries, if you are experiencing any pain in your joints, neck or lower back - STOP!)

👉 Do 1–3 sets
👉 Minimal rest between exercises
👉 Between the sets rest until your HR drops 🤭

Three-leg dog → knee to elbow 5x
Around the world (core on 🔥) 20x
Sumo squat with shoulder press 10x
Bent-over row 10x
Standing triceps 10x
Sit-ups 15x
Russian twists 30x
Glute bridges 10x

You don’t need perfect conditions - just a decision to move.
This is how we stay strong, consistent and connected to our bodies all summer long.

How much can the right posture change your life? A lot!!

It’s not only about health benefits for your body but it changes the way how you feel about yourself and how other people see you! 👀

It changes your day to day life, you start walking around with your head up, shoulders down and back and with a smile on your face. Why? Because you are glowing! And people will notice. You are a walking example of strength, confidence and happiness.

As we age our spine is degenerating. You can’t stop it. But you can build the muscles which are holding your body together and therefore slow down the symptoms such as joint pain, disc bulge and many others. With the regular exercise you feel stronger and your body is producing more endorphins so you feel happier. You’re working on the best version of yourselves - inside out.

So no more excuses. 🙌
