I am back!!

My name is Neen and I am now offering Yoga Therapy Sessions again. These are not like your normal Yoga class, but I meet with you 1:1 and we will first discuss any health (physical, mental and emotional) concerns you have and then I will write you a unique Yoga Therapy Porgram. These can be very simple - you do not need ANY prior yoga experience.

For the month of April and May, I am offering two sessions for just $200. This will include your unique home program as well.

Registration now open!

This 5 week course will start on Saturday, 23rd April and runs for five consecutive mornings from 9:45-10:45am. Sessions are held at a local Yoga Studio in Mudjimba.

These sessions are ideal for women in their 2nd or 3rd trimester. You don’t have to be flexible or fit. This unique program is also for women dealing with previous birth trauma, or general anxiety around birth and beyond. If you are dealing with physical pains or discomforts, this course will also be beneficial for you.

Through gentle movement, relaxation and calming breath techniques you prepare the body and mind for labour and beyond.

As part of this course, you will have an initial consultation with me and then join 5 group sessions.

You will also receive a booklet with information and reflections aligned to each week of the course. As a bonus, you’ll get the recordings of meditations we did in class so you can use them at home whenever you need.

Mindfulness and calming visualisations are very beneficial during pregnancy and postpartum.

During both of these phases, enormous changes occur. It can be a time of overwhelm and having a mindfulness practice established can be so helpful.

Trigger warning - highly sensitive topic.

Grief is not a feeling that is associated with pregnancy or even motherhood, yet it can be a substantial part of it.

Many parents experience a form of loss and thus grief at some point during the perinatal period.

I have experienced my own pregnancy loss last year and it was a difficult and hard time. Yoga has definitely helped me to cope with my grief and I would like to reach out to anyone who is experiencing grief due to pregnancy loss, abortion, stillbirth, or even the loss of ones former life due to motherhood.

You are not alone and you don’t have to go through this alone.
