To all the Matriarchs, the Protectors, and the Heartbeats of our community—Happy Mother’s Day.❤️🖤💛💙🤍💚

Today isn’t just about flowers; it’s about acknowledging the incredible women who hold our worlds together. In our culture, "Mum" is more than a title, it’s a role shared by the aunties who raised us, the grandmothers who keep our stories alive, and the sisters who step up when they’re needed most.

🏵🌸Why we celebrate the Mob today:

❤️ The Mums: For being our first teachers and our fiercest defenders.

❤️ The Nanis and Grannies: For being the keepers of culture, language, and the best stories (and always making sure we're fed).

❤️ The Aunties: For the "tough love," the guidance, and for being the village it takes to raise us.

❤️The Spirit Mums:For those who mother from the Dreaming, guiding us through every step we take on Country.

"She is the soil that grows the family tree, the shade that protects us, and the roots that keep us grounded."

Whether you’re spending the day sharing a cuppa, having a big family BBQ, or quietly remembering those who have passed, we see you and we thank you. You are the backbone of our Nation.
