These incredible women show up week after week with so much heart, joy, and intention, creating safe spaces where girls feel seen, heard, and valued.

The dedication, compassion, and energy you bring to our girls’ groups don’t go unnoticed. We are endlessly grateful for the difference you make in the lives of young girls.🥹🌸

What an incredible day of facilitation training! ☕💬

We loved spending yesterday equipping new facilitators with the skills, confidence, and heart to bring HCC to life in their communities 🤍

A huge thank you to Sunshine Coast Council for sponsoring two Hot Chocolate Circle programs this year ☕💛

We delivered our Building Resilience program at Meridan State College and our Coping with Stress program at Baringa State Secondary College in collaboration with SunnyKids 🌟

Because of this partnership, we were able to create a safe space for girls to learn evidence based strategies to cope with stress and build resilience 💬✨

These programs continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people across our community.

Thank you Meridan State College, Baringa State Secondary College, Sunshine Coast Council and SunnyKids for helping us support the wellbeing of girls across the region 🤍

We have absolutely loved running our Coping with Stress program at Baringa State Secondary, and we are SO excited for the 2026 programs!🌸

𝗛𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 ☕
Baringa SSC would like to acknowledge our partnership with SunnyKids and Strength Potential. This week the group of eight Year 8 and 9 female students will be participating in their last session of the Hot Chocolate Circle program. We were generously sponsored for this program and are delighted that this sponsorship has been extended for another program in 2026. The ‘Coping with Stress’ program is delivered by a psychologist and is designed to help girls develop a deeper understanding of their stressors and learn evidence-based strategies for managing them.
