Term 2 Hot Chocolate Circle Programs at Goodlife ☕🤍

Hot Chocolate Circle community wellbeing programs are returning to Goodlife Community Centre in Term 2.

Our structured 8-week group programs support young people to build emotional awareness, practical coping skills, confidence, and positive peer connections in a safe and welcoming environment.

The Hot Chocolate Circle, supported by Women’s Mental Health Australia, creates welcoming spaces where girls can open up, build confidence, and lift each other up—all over a comforting cup of hot chocolate.

Thanks to you, barriers to mental health are being broken down, showing girls that vulnerability is strength and help is always within reach.

We are so excited to be running the Hot Chocolate Circle at Morayfield 🤎☕

There is something special about seeing students gather, slow down, and feel safe enough to connect through simple moments like mindful colouring and shared conversation.

Last week at Australian Christian College, our facilitators ran Coping with Stress sessions — helping students build practical tools and strategies to manage pressure in healthy ways. 💖🎀✨

Growing up isn’t always easy, and teens don’t always have the tools yet to manage everything life throws at them 🤍

Our Building Resilience program supports young people to build confidence, understand their emotions, and learn practical ways to cope with challenges — all in a safe, supportive group environment 🫶

We’ll explore:
Managing stress and setbacks 💭
Building confidence and emotional awareness ✨
Healthy coping strategies 🌱
Connecting with others in a positive, welcoming space 💕
