What is RTT?

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a gentle way of working with the subconscious and nervous system to release long-held patterns — without force or overwhelm.

my work, RTT is never rushed or forced.
We move at your body’s pace, with safety and regulation always coming first — especially for those who are sensitive, have a history of trauma, or feel wary of “deep work.”

You don’t need to relive everything.
You don’t need to push.
Change happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to let go.
