The Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria (ARCVic) would like everyone to meet: 🌸🌺🌷 Kelli Benjamin! 🌸🌺🌷

Kelli will be joining the ARCVic Team as our new Support Group Coordinator and we are beyond excited to have her on board!

ARCVIC Support Groups:
There are 19 self-help support groups available at ARCVic. To make the groups more accessible, there are both face-to-face and online options (Zoom) available. ARCVic prides itself on making its support groups a space for individuals to connect with others, a space for self-reflection, to discuss challenges, share experiences and a space to come together and a space to learn.

In many of our groups, there are no set topics, and group discussion are encouraged. Facilitators can also provide psychoeducation and support services.

At ARCVIC, we consider lived experience to be paramount, and all participants are provided with a chance to share (if they would like to).

**Please note that our groups are not therapy groups and are best suited to those comfortable in group environments.**

Do you know about the CARES4Me Program at ARCVic?

The CARES4Me program is a free emotional support and referral service where our callers are matched to trained, empathetic, and non-judgmental volunteers who can provide them with a safe, listening spaceπŸ‘‚.

*Please Note: The volunteers are not mental health specialists or therapists so we cannot provide any counselling or therapeutic interventions, but they can provide consistent emotional support to callers.

If you would like to know more about the program and how you can get involved, contact the Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria directly through:
