Request:- Soul Breath Ratio - Lord of The Air Lord Shu
A stone of choosing appropriate action over reaction, Botswana Agate is a powerful mineral of the Breath and Breathing process. Many people still do not realize the important role of the breath in health; our Breath Ratio is the front line of our vibrational acceptance and defense, which quickly becomes our physical reality. We literally use our breath to breathe things into our life or blow them away, yet we all seem to be on autopilot where it is concerned, the fact is we are not, we have simply just fallen into a lack of awareness where it is concerned, we are in survival mode.
If you change the way you breathe, you change your life, your direction, and everyone invited to the party that is you. It all starts with appropriate breath ratio. Your breath is made up of four parts, an In-breath(1), a Pause(2), an Out-breath(3) and then a Pause(4), then is starts again, the way these relate to each other in time is referred to as your Breath Ratio. A shift in any one or more of the four phases of the breath even by one hundredth of a second changes our frequency and thus our path in the world on all levels. In waking life due to the vast number of possibilities and potentials the breath ratio is usually left under the control of our soul or higher self.
Problems arise when the higher self cannot shout its guidance to the lower self through the fog and turmoil of our daily stresses and the millions of choices we make in life moment to moment. Eventually the subconscious mind (Our Physical Brain and our souls co-pilot) takes control and with the pilot out of the cockpit, it activates survival mode, it does this as its priority without the souls input is to make it through until the pilot returns, unfortunately the co-pilot usually chooses inappropriate breath ratios. Of course the breath Ratio for pure survival and reaction, is not the same one as that of your Joy filled Fearless Loving Souls path! The cycle supposedly ends when you have a good night sleep and the Pilot gets the whole vehicle back on track. Hmmm….so.. what happens if you don’t have a good nights sleep…or meditate to hand control back to the soul? Simple…you wander off track, manifest things you don’t want or need and life begins to fall apart, if only you knew it was as simple as taking a fresh breath of air. Yawning, Sighing and even shouting are all attempts but they rarely make a difference that lasts.
So to realize the path of your soul and live upon it, resetting the breath ratio to what is called the ‘Soul Breath Ratio’ is a huge factor. When did you last reset your Breath Ratio? Yep……well thought so…..so here we go!!
The true ‘Soul Breath Ratio’ and its reset in life falls beautifully into the realm of the great being Lord Shu of Atlantis, he ruled over the ancient city of B’ani-or-a for a long time and was recognized later as an Egyptian God. In his most powerful, though not his most recent incarnation, he was amongst us as a man known as Akhenaten (Shhh…don’t tell anyone!).
When asked from within his frequency, Lord Shu can easily return us to our Soul Breath Ratio resetting our breath to its divine directive. Lord Shu’s frequency can be perfectly matched to a Trinity of three Minerals Amethyst, Botswana Agate and Charoite. At the core of this is Botswana Agate, mineral of the breath, its frequency allows the physical breath to be reset over and over, and such flexibility allows us more control regarding that which we truly drink of in our world.
**Returning to our Soul Breath Ratio with Lord Shu.**
1) Get to the right Frequency. Sit for a few minutes with the Botswana Agate, Amethyst and Charoite Cards from the TLC Oracle in the below positions on the body and/or take three drops of each as a liquid crystal and/or place a Botswana Agate crystal upon your Heart Chakra, Amethyst crystal on your Left Shoulder and Charoite Crystal on your Right Shoulder.
2) Call Lord Shu to you and request to be reset to your Soul Breath Ratio. (He is rarely seen, but often makes his presence felt in gentle breezes and shifts in temperature.)
3) Breathe slowly and evenly, just let your breath do what it needs to do, sometimes you will feel the need to hold your breath or forcefully exhale, do what ever comes to you. Sit for as long as it feels right. Thank the Lord Shu and open your Eyes.
This exercise can be done as much as you feel drawn to do it, I reset my breath every morning and every night, its up to you.
