Why add a guided meditation to a sound bath?

I choose to use guided meditation because it helps you gently reconnect with yourself, your body, and the present moment. By focusing on your senses and the scenery I describe, it becomes easier to switch off from the outside world, quiet the mental noise, and fully relax into the experience.

A lot of my meditations are inspired by places in nature that I’ve personally sat, breathed, and meditated in myself. I find we feel our calmest when we feel connected to nature, so I love creating journeys that make you feel like you’ve escaped everyday life for a little while.

My intention is to give you a space where you can slow down, feel grounded, and just breathe.

A gentle reminder that these sessions aren’t “just for women.” 🤍

Men are absolutely welcome here too.

So many men are carrying stress, pressure, mental exhaustion, emotional heaviness, and nervous system overload silently — often without spaces where they feel safe to truly switch off.

This space is for anyone who simply wants to breathe a little deeper, feel calmer within themselves, and reconnect with a sense of peace.

You don’t need to be spiritual.
You don’t need experience with meditation.
You don’t need to “get it right.”

Just come as you are.

And if you’ve been wanting to come but felt unsure, maybe this is your sign that you’re welcome here too. 🌿

I used to think preparation meant pushing harder.

Now I’m learning that preparation can also look like slowing down, walking in nature, resting, breathing deeply, and allowing myself to be human too.

The calmer I become within myself, the more genuinely I can hold space for others. 🤍

Over the last few weeks I’ve realised something important…

Before my last sound bath, I became so focused on making everything “perfect” that I forgot to take care of myself in the process.
I had tunnel vision. I overthought everything, put pressure on myself, and became obsessed with getting every detail right.

And honestly? That experience became one of my biggest lessons.

This time, I want to approach things differently.
I want to be calmer within myself.
Kinder to myself.
Less focused on perfection, and more focused on presence.

Because the more grounded and regulated I feel, the better I can truly hold space for others. ✨

So instead of running myself into the ground preparing, I’m choosing to support myself too — through regular meditation, slow walks with my dog Hazel, spend time in nature, deep breaths, and moments of stillness.

I’m learning that creating a beautiful experience doesn’t come from perfection.
It comes from authenticity, energy, intention, and feeling safe within yourself.

And maybe that’s the real medicine I’m meant to share too. 🤍

This one really landed 🥹 I’ve had my own journey with sleep, so hearing this kind of shift never gets old.

So many people don’t realise how much their nervous system is holding… until it finally lets go.

Deep rest is something your body remembers how to do — sometimes it just needs the right environment to get there

I need to be real about last night's sound bath… 😂

This week I was a whirlwind.
Perfectionism, self-doubt, fear of being seen… all of it came up HARD.

And last night?
It didn’t exactly go to plan.

My voice kept breaking when I tried to sing.
My mouth was so dry it barely worked.
I rushed parts of the meditation and accidentally skipped a section.

In my head, I felt like I sounded like that 🫠

But here’s what actually happened…

I showed up anyway.
I held the space.
I adapted in the moment.
And I played the bowls for 45 minutes straight.

Three people fell asleep.
Everyone told me they loved it.

So maybe it wasn’t perfect…
but it was real.

And I’m learning that this work isn’t about performing perfectly—
it’s about creating a space where people feel safe enough to let go.

This was my first step in finding my voice… even when it was shaking.

And I’m not stopping here 🤍✨

I’m going to be real for a moment…

As this event gets closer, I can feel the nerves creeping in.
The pressure. The overthinking. The little voice that wants everything to be perfect.

And truthfully? It’s uncomfortable.

But I also know this is what growth feels like.
This is what it feels like to care deeply about something.
To step outside of your comfort zone and still choose to show up.

So if you’ve been feeling fear around something in your life lately — this is your reminder that you’re not alone.

We don’t have to be perfect.
We just have to be willing.

And I promise… there’s something really powerful on the other side of that fear ✨

See you on the mat 💫
