We’re so proud to celebrate two of our own Sahra Summerfield and Oliver Wise for being recognised at this year’s Swan Hill NAIDOC Awards for their outstanding contributions to community, culture, and leadership.

🏆 Oliver Wise received the Person of the Year Award, recognising his strength, transformation, and tireless work supporting youth and people with disabilities. His leadership, honesty, and connection to culture continue to uplift and inspire those around him.

🏆 Sahra Summerfield was honoured with the Youth Award, celebrating her passion, cultural pride, and commitment to empowering young Indigenous people through her programs, mentoring, and leadership within the community.

We’re also honoured that Ability & Ambition sponsored the Creative Talent Award, presented to the talented Tayla Donaczy 🎨. Tayla’s artwork blends traditional and contemporary designs, showcasing cultural pride and storytelling through creativity. Her vision continues to inspire others and keep culture strong for generations to come.

These two legends had their final roll call for secondary school today 🤩

A tear or two may have been shed, it has been such a joy to see many of these girls milestones whilst they have been with A&A, this morning was no different.
We could not be prouder.

A massive congratulations to them, and all the other year 12 students graduating today 😁

Last night a few of the crew attended the Joy John Wines Charity Ball, an event A&A have supported for the last 3 years!

This year the event raised funds for Held by Halle's Heart, a very worthy cause 💜

The girls look absolutely stunning and we couldn't be prouder 🤩

For ADHD, being a neurodevelopmental disorder means the symptoms are caused by differences in how the brain grows and develops, starting in early childhood. It isn't a mental illness or a result of a "state of mind," but rather a difference in the nervous system's function that affects attention, impulse control, and hyperactivity.

These differences lead to challenges in daily functioning that can impact social, academic, and occupational life 🧡
