Advice needed please 🙏

Eva is 10months old now and seems to be in a sleep regression in that she doesn't day nap well unless in my arms.
She has only just started doing this and I'm mindful not to create a new habit that won't be good for her when starting daycare soon.

I love contact naps & it breaks my heart to hear her cry.

🤔 Do I persevere with her sleeping in her cot for 30mins or contact nap for 1-2 hrs?

💖 I'm a better mum when I take care of me

First day back on socials after a long break. Not looking nor feeling my best today. Bubs isn't sleeping and I am in the onset of menopause 😳🤦‍♀️.
When life throws us curveballs, catch them with both hands knowing tomorrow is a new day and most of all - you've got this!

6 weeks loving Eva 🥰. Does anyone else feel time is flying by?
My miracle girl is now 6 weeks old and I am more in love with her everyday.
💖 Learning to let go of the need to have everything perfect, organised and be in control are interesting lessons I am learning.
