This is the ultimate mum hack for kids with skin conditions!
While we want our children to learn how to swim, sometimes getting access to a swim school with salt water can be difficult to find.
🏊 Chlorine is used in swimming pools to kill bacteria in the water but it also contributes to our childrens toxic load and harms their skin.
🍊 Vitamin C sodium ascorbate is an affordable solution to help reduce our children's toxic load while still being able to enjoy swimming lessons.
TIP: only mix enough solution to use each day, this is because once the Vitamin C powder is mixed with water it degrades and will lose its effectiveness after 24 hours.
Once you've sprayed generously all over the body as soon as your kids are out of the pool, use the rest of the solution in the bath, just simply tip the liquid in the bath or simply mix the rest of the solution into the body wash if having a shower.
Other way you can protect your kids from chlorine:
🌱 Wear a swim cap and googles
🌱 Moisturise before jumping in the water to create a barrier on their skin
🌱 Get wet before jumping in and rinse off after
🌱 Spray Hair detangler on hair to create a barrier of protection for their little heads
