Tim has a diverse background in clinical service delivery, conflict management and resolution, conflict coaching, mentoring and coaching, and mediation. He has fine-tuned a strong, unique, and effective style of mediation and conflict management where his primary goal is to assist organisations and parties in conflict to reach sustainable cost-effective agreements while avoiding where possible the mental anguish and high costs associated with unresolved disputes. Tim is a straight talker, with a compassionate and results-oriented approach. He is also a senior consultant psychologist and holds several post graduate degrees and qualifications including a masters degree in mental health, and a second masters degree in conflict management and resolution.
